We hope that you enjoy your stay at Marrakesh.  We strive to make every guests time enjoyable and stress free.  If you have any questions or concerns please talk to your service provider or the front desk.

Because your appointment time has been saved for you a 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged for your scheduled appointment.

We will do our best to be on time for your appointment and we ask the same from you.  We understand that life gets in the way and we will do our best to accommodate you should you have to be late, but we can not guarantee you the full service time.

If you are to receive lunch as part of your package please let the front desk know of any dietary restrictions during reservations so that we may accommodate you.

Gift Cards expire 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
